I did not intend to take a summer break from blogging it just happened. I was away in Canada for 3 weeks in June and then a few days away in the middle of July at Embroiderers’ Guild Summer School followed by 2 weeks down in Solva, St Davids, Pembrokeshire. I just don’t know where the time has gone!!
Now back to reality and the textile art group that I work with have just set up an exhibition at the Brabins Gallery in Chipping, near to Longridge, Preston. The exhibition started on Thursday and will run until the end of September. On Sunday from 2 – 4 pm it is a chance for visitors to meet the artists. (One Step On)
These images will give you a taste of what is in the exhibition. Hopefully some of you might visit Chipping and take a look at our work.

That looks like a lovely setting for an exhibition - hope it all goes well for you and wish I was near enough to see for myself.
This looks like a lovely venue and I'll try toget over there.
I have only just realised that I have comments that need to be moderated - hence the reason why these two have only just appeared. I set the comment to moderate setting as I was getting a lot of comments in Chinese from goodness knows who!
